#Occupy Nigeria: Mass Action Grounds Lagos

The occupy Nigeria scene at the Gani Fawehinmi garden was massive Lagosians came out enmasse to join Labour and all other Civil Liberty Organizations to align with the struggle.

Eminent personalites were present,namely Femi Falana, Pastor Tunde Bakare and wife,Mrs,Ghaniyat Fawehinmi, Muhammed Fawehinmi, Tunji Braithwaithe, The NBA Lagos Wing, The NMA, Labour Leaders and a host of others. Nigerians from all works and life were present and I was also part of it giving the day up for my birthday. Sincerely if I was there you also need to be there.Events were so orderly that even the Nigerian Police enjoyed every bit of the trail and it was fun, more like a carnival of sort.

At a point good Nigerians drove in with their cars and shared water and bread to ease the pain on some of the protestant and even the police also shared from the booty.

At a point a in time an helicopter emerged and it was outrage from the crowd who were so restless at the sight of the hovering helicopter,thereby hurling curses and insults and after swinging around the venue for some time the helicopter had to leave.

Its worthy to note that speakers of diverse background fed the mammoth crowd with lectures on subsidy its benefits and why the removal is ill timed and unripe for us.They all called on govt to clean its house and fight corruption, and reduce its recurrent expenditure to the barest minimum before any meaningful impact can be achieved in the polity.
