Heard the LASTMA official was run over as he chased after a moving vehicle. The sad incident happened yesterday in Lagos. Peep the photo after the cut...but viewer discretion advised please!..
The question then is why would an enforcement official run after a driver who is unwilling to wait or be arrested. It is obvious that they lack the necessary tools to carry out their jobs in public places.
Most LASTMA officials have personal interests in arresting drivers. They make a lot of money and they obviously need to make the most of every erring driver... in this case however, the result is death.
